Someone vandalized one of the buildings broke a window.
Other females in building bothered "sexually Harassed" by on tenant (not on site mng).
Sad it is to see a place that was neat and tidy and very safe become...what it is becoming.

I've seen the place and it's true. It's a shame that this building is being run like a slum, because it had a lot of potential. A disinterested manager can really run a place into the ground. And the cars on jacks spilling oil? Trashy. Really, really, TRASHY. And it's just a shame that such a nice location is being turned into a slum by such horrible management, and that the tenants fear retaliation for asking for reasonable upkeep, cleanliness, and security. THIS is an example of what's wrong with the rental housing industry - apartment owners and managers have an obscene advantage, and get away with too much. If this state were a little more educated and progressive, we'd reform the rental business with higher performance standards for managers, protections for tenants, and, yes, RENT CONTROL. Shocking idea, isn't it... well, smarter states than Washington are already on it. We're just running behind, spewing oil into the Sound, scratching our butts.
