Everywhere is full of mold. They recently took away garbage service so that you have to walk very far to throw away your trash. The pool is closed seemingly at random, when it's even the time of year to be open. The pool is also not heated, so it's like swimming in an ice floe. The maintenance staff are incredibly inept. The carpet smelled like an old man when we moved in and was never fixed, even after complaining. I've also heard that someone was killed here a couple years ago.
