The maintenance guy, well its their friend, and it takes forever to get anything done. The apartments are very poorly made, everything is done so quickly and crappy.
Oh and if they promise you that they are going to take care of a problem, forget about it. There was a guy who lived right next to me, who would play really loud techno music at about 3 in the morning, all they said was they will write a letter, never stopped. Im glad i moved out, id rather pay 200 hundred extra to live somewhere else.

I have something to say about this post. First of all Maldip@hotmail.com has his/her facts wrong. NO ONE was --- to the Edgewood Villa management team. ----- and --- had been the managers many years before the original poster lived at the Apartments. As for the Assistant Managers- the same thing. None of the Management team is racist & by going on her and posting such things makes the OP liable for slander. Definitions of slander on the Web: ??? words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another ??? aspersion: an abusive attack on a person's character or good name ??? Defame: charge falsely or with malicious intent; attack the good name and reputation of someone; "The journalists have defamed me!" "The article in the paper sullied my reputation" I believe the author of this post is throwing around false facts and lies because they did something they weren???t supposed to do (such as skipped out on their lease, left Apt. filthy, did not follow the community rules- I.E pool & clubhouse rules; just a few ideas) and in the end had consequences they didn???t like. I can???t even take the original poster seriously, especially if they can???t even be honest enough to provide correct information.

this sounds like just a bunch of drama. I was thinking about moving in but I would rather not deal with immature renters and snooty landlords. yuck. no thanks.
