Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I've lived here a year now and other than one neighbor being too noisy or one leaving their car parked in front of mine or not enough parking for 2 vehicles OR too damned expensive it's been great. I personally feel they (property manager) try to take advantage of everyone by driving up the rental rates. There's just no excuse for rent going up 100.00 every year and I've lived in the area for 3 years now & think that that's insane - but - they've got you over a barrel now don't they.
If you've got the $ to throw away then this will be a comfortable
