We first thought it was the ideal place right next to the Naval Hospital, but soon found out that it's not worth the great location. There is little to no insulation between the floors. You can hear every move your upstairs, or downstairs neighbors make, and I mean EVERY move. The maintenance staff takes for ever to fix anything, and there is a lot that needs to be fixed. If you want to use the fitness room, which has very old equipment, you have to wait until they open the office at 9:00 during the week and 10:00 on weekends. The only thing good I could find about the place is I have a great view of the Olympic Mts.
There arent enough places to park if you have more than 1 vehicle. And if you're not careful your neighbor might hit your vehicle and never say anything to you. The place is over rated, and over priced.
