A tad expensive, but nice

My first year living in Erlands Point Apartments has been an altogether good experience. The management is very professional, and takes time to make sure that the grounds are well kept, and things are in good working order. The amenities are adequate, but the amount of room in the apartments isn't as adequate. I would recommend these apartments for someone who is single more than I would a person with a family of more than 3 people. The look and quality of the apartment homes are nice, and allow for many decorating options. The only really horrible thing is the parking! There is only one spot, and most of the time guests have to park in a parking spot that is very far away, or on the street below the apartments. Overall, living in Erlands Point has been a good experience.
