Old, Overpriced, Poor Layout

When we first saw it, we thought it was great. Good location, grounds well maintained, and friendly staff. After we moved in we found it did not fit us well because of the layout, and the grounds have been poorly maintained, and the prices are alot higher than other apartments, which are better and newer. ANIMALS have not been kept controlled (dogs loose) Grounds have not been maintained well. Decided it was time to move. MANAGER is nice, but is never available. STAFF - does a mediocre job for repairs, not very knowlegable, and slow to get repairs completed. We do not recommend moving here because of price.
