I really enjoyed living here. The outside was repainted just a year or so ago and it looks much cheerier. The staff is friendly and quickly fixed any problems I had. I lived in one of the townhomes, which had plenty of space and looked out over a gulf course. The only down side to this apartment in my mind was the lack of natural light in the house. There were huge old pines behind the townhouses that blocked the light (though they also kept it cool in the summer).
