Great for pets and not bad other wise

I have been here about a year and have few complaints about Fairway Lanes. It is nice to be litterally 1 minute off Rt. 3 and within 5 minutes of a few bars (the 19th Hole is practically next door, but far enough away that you don't hear it).
The pet policy is wonderful. I raised a husky and adopted a lab while living here with no problems. Management gets things done, but getting a hold of her can be annoying at times. Office hours are 9-5 M-F, which is a pain if you work normal hours, and occasionally she takes off early for various reasons.
I've had 3 maintanence issues (broken washer, clogged dishwasher, people above me flooding toilet) that were all taken care of the next day. Parking can be a pain, depending on where in the complex you live, or if your car is like mine and can't fit into the garage that comes with the apartment (the doors are very narrow, but the garage is plenty long). Some apartments you may park in front of your garage door (it's like a reserved spot), others you may not because it will obstruct the road through the complex.
There are a good number of navy families and some PSNS shipyard workers. I don't say that as a bad thing, just FYI. Never had any problems with the people around the complex. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
