Oh unless you have a problem with the ants that come to stay every winter. The kids are unbearable, they are rude, mean and mostly bored, which makes them very destructable. Maintenence, prepare to wait at least a month or two before anything gets fixed. Also prepare to live at the humane society because of all of the cats that get left behind. Their insullation is nonexsistent I have often rocked out to my neighbors bass and music! I often felt like when he was yelling at his wife that in a small way he was yelling at me too!
I do not recommend these apartments!!!!
