Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
the unit that i occupied was well maintained. and when i reported the problem with the garbage disposal the maintanance staff response within 24 hrs.
the management staff is another story, since i lived there the manager change four times.
i got tired of reporting problem with noisy neighbors cause the management wont even return your call when you report them. you will get a better response by calling 911.
