FIRST OF ALL, I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU "RON" FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING JOB IN GRIFFIN GLENN APARTMENTS BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE HAS TO LEAVE FOR A JOB TRANSFER. OK! SO HERE WE ARE AGAIN! TIFANNY IS THE NEW MANAGER! YES! SHE IS! IM NOT KIDDING! I THINK SHE IS GREAT MOM AND A NICE PERSON BUT I JUST DON'T THINK SHE HAS THE CAPABILITIES OF BEING A MANAGER! I HOPE SHE QUIT HER JOB AND REALIZED THAT SHE IS NOT READY FOR THIS POSITION.

I have lived here for over ten years and I've dealt with more managers than I can remember.I have full faith in Tiffany to take over where Ron has left off. I don't understand why anyone would feel the need to bad mouth her. Do you know something the rest of us don't know?? Did your crystal ball show her failing at her job?? If you actually cared about your community, you would be more encouraging. But look on the bright side.......if you find her to be such a poor choice for a manager maybe you should quit living here. I doubt your negativity would be missed.

From "Ron": thank you for the nice compliment, however, I believe Tiffany will do an outstanding job for both the residents and OMC. We worked very closely and she has a good head on her shoulders. She has been placed in a difficult situation with my transfer happening so quickly but I am confident in her and her abilities to see it through. Hang in there everybody...give her a chance to show what she can do.

"Dena" To whom ever wrote that Tiffany should quit her job....first of all, you know NOTHING about what goes on in that office. How do you know whether or not she has the capacity to fulfill the required job duties? Also, is what you're saying is that you can do better???? If you think she is such a nice person, why would you belittle her for the whole wide web to see....kinda shady don't ya think?? Before you go and make judgments on someone, you should give them a chance! She has not shown to be incompetent and unable to do the tasks at hand! And if you want a manager who can understand situations and work with you, putting them down, is probably not the best way to handle "you" thinking that she can't do it.....I think we should all listen to Ron when he says to give her a chance...you'd want the same if you were new to ANY job, wouldn't you..... BTW, Anyone can talk smack anonymously....don't hide behind the comp screen, come out with it....

I must say that I was very amused reading this comment and others that have been posted in the past. There have been issues here at Griffin Glen Apts that has frustrated me. I was very frustrated when they decided to fix the balconies in the middle of the summer. This was beyond a doubt of poor planning in my mind,but I dont work for them so I dont know what else the managment/contractor were tasked to complete. When I moved in I was told about all the children and how "wild" they are. I have children of my own and I would rather have them outside playing and enjoying themselves instead of them being babysat by the TV/Video games.Do they get loud?YES.Do the run and play with reckless abandon? YES. ARE THEY CHILDREN? YES. I'm not DR. Phil or Oprah. Kids will be kids. I think we all can agree that the kids here could be doing things much worst than playing outside. I would challenge anyone to locate for me an apartment complex without issues,because I would surley break my lease and move there. Changing personnel is a part of being in the workforce. I will go out on limb and make a assumption about the person who stated Tiffany is a nice person and a great mom but she should just quit. This person has either been passed up for a promotion once or twice in their career or don't work. I could be wrong though. If so,I apoligize. Would Tiffany still be a great mom if she just quit her job? If that was to happen I think this person would then leave a comment saying that Griffen Glen is so bad that the last Manager quit and she had children that's how bad it is. Once again I could be wrong.With every promotion there is a learning curve. Tiffany in my mind would do a great job here if given the chance. There maybe challenges ahead for her,but we have to remember that we are a community and we all live here. The task is on us to make our community better. To the person that made the comment about Tiffany I was wondering if you every talked to her face to face and voiced your concerns. Matter of fact what are your concerns about Tiffany? Your comment lacked substance. How did you come to the realization that Tiffany is not capable of managing these apartments? How do you know what her capabilites are? I will go out on the limb again and assume that because you did not state anything but your opinion as I just did,it may be personal with you. I say that because unlike you I actually recongized issues and also gave a possible solution. Before you point the finger at Tiffany, what are your capabilities as a Tenant? Do you pay your rent on time? If you have children do you keep an eye on them while they are outside? Do you report maintantence issues promptly before they get worst? Do you follow all the rules that you agreed to when you signed your lease? If not I think you should realize that you are not qualified to be a tenant and move out. The other face in the mirror is yours.
