I loved Ron, and will miss him a lot....but I think that Tiffany will do a great job as manager. She was our assistant manager and worked very closely with Ron(our old manager). Give her a change and she'll show she will do great....Not everyone is the same, but I can say that the rules stay the same....from one manager to the next...it really doesn't matter who the manager is, as long as they PLAY BY THE RULES!
