I was a resident of Griffin Glen for 2 1/2 years. I have very fond memories of my time at Griffin Glen. I must have missed what the last two writers have written about as I saw none of that going on. I found the community to be caring, friendly and aware of everything that happened here. Management cannot do it alone; they need the help of those who care about their environment. If you see a drug deal going on, call the police. Don't wait until the next day to tell the manager who did not witness the event and can't respond because it is too late. One of the things I liked about the property was the way people looked out for each other. If things are as bad as the last two writers say, it can be turned around, just by everyone taking some responsibility to the community, wanting the best for all and not just leaving everything up to the manager to solve. Every community has its share of unsavory people, it's how the good people respond that will leave the legacy of how good, or how bad, Griffin Glen really is. You are only as good as you want to be.

My thought process to the pleasant review of the current renter who stated that he or she has memories of Griffen Glen should have posted their fond memories when they moved out instead of posting a good review after a whole year.....This seems like the writings of management who only cares about their quota being affected and needs to take a more closer look at the negative behavior that is bringing the community down at Griffen Glen. Managament could not possibly handle all problems on their own, but could take complaints more seriously. Individuals want to feel at home when they become renters and look up to managment to remove riff raff that brings a comunity way down! I started to rent from Griffen Glen, but chose to take the advice of renters who currently live there. I drove through the community during the day, and it seemed to be peacful. However, I drove through the community at night and did not get a sense of peace that goes with a community. I had a guy ask me and my co-worker if we wanted to buy drugs????? Now, does this exemplify a "Good Community" to rent from. Keep serching renters, because I agree with the other post.
