I live here now and have for over a year. YES this place has had it's bad. YES the last 2 manager's seemed like they really didn't care who moved in. We are about to get a NEW manager from another place and I hope they are as good as RON say's they are! Yes Thing's have kind of gone to hell but as of now thing's are quite and looking up. As far as a drug deal going down' I would question that! It's an apartment complex. Better than most around here but yet they do have problem tenets which are being delt with. Some of the kid's around here ARE brat's but that's the parent's fault NOT the manager's! For the money and closeness to everything it's a great deal. When you have a maintenance problem you are not kept waiting long at all. But the person they have "picking" up the grounds NEEDS to start doing a BETTER job!! With ALL the change's that have been made and the one's the manager is making this place is going to see a BIG change!!
