They have a female manager who lives on the property (then and now)...My neighbors below wanted to move out early because they bought a house. She told them no problem I will re-rent your apartment so you are not responsible for the rest of your lease---(they should of got that in writing) Anyway they moved out and she told me she was in no hurry to rent their apartment. And they were just gonna have to keep paying rent then she stared laughing. And she did not rent it for 3 months on purpose. .
Now I needed to move out early too. And YES she did the same thing to me. I got a job as a apartment manager in the Bremerton area and they wanted me to live on site. The place I worked at had only 2 & 3 bedrooms no 1 bedrooms- which is what I had at Hidden Firs. So I would have people coming in to office at my new job looking for 1's and I would tell them to go over to Hidden Firs they have a 1 bedrooms. I know they do because it was mine and it was still empty. They said they went to Hidden Firs and the Manager said she didnt have any 1's. I had 5 different people come in and say that to me.... This went on for 3 months. And she charged me 3 more months rent on my move out bill....OH YES I said something to her a few times and she did nothing...And said dont tell me what to do So I started showing people my apartment so I could rent it myself...

OK now living therethe grounds were never kept up - car break ins - which is a given at any apartment complex. Parking was a joke...and the Manager would gossip about the other residents.
