I complained before about things in a previous letter and things have gotten better. New management is coming soon. The grounds are kept nice by myself and a vendor. Problems do get fixed depending on there importance in a timely fashion. I think they try really hard (TARGA) to stay on top of these apartments. Apartment living is what it is and no one should expect more than that. If you want a new home go buy one! These apts are really old but in good shape. Sure there are some things like a wall with a hole it it but it will get fixed in time. New paint 2 months ago. The lighting is still an issue but perhaps new management will help resolve that too. Eall to wall living is not for everyone. The old manager did not repair things correctly but those are getting fixed now and done right! This is an apartment complex and not a individual dwelling for living! Fire/Police response is the best!...Mike Loeffler
