This apartment building is OK, but there are far too much fighting/noise going on. Rules do not apply to everyone, some people are allowed big dogs and others are rejected it. This goes for many more things than dogs. I think this is the neighborhood in Bremerton with the most free-roaming dogs. Management is OK and understanding, but could respond in a more timely manner. All in all I'm happy I moved, and would not live in this noisy environment any longer.
