The management has no respect for tenants privacy. I can't tell you how many times hearing staff talking about other tenants personal lives to everyone/anyone.
Go into the office and you will see the most unprofessional group of people around. I'm waiting for my employer to allow us to come into work wearing sweats and bedroom slippers.
I think employee's should have to smoke outside of the building on their breaks instead of filling up the office with all their smoke.
Staff is also pretty dishonest. Make sure you have copies of everything. When doing your inspection report (if you decide to live at Madrona), make sure you document everything from stains on the carpet, to a little patched up hole in the wall. When you pay a deposit or make rent payments, make sure you save every receipt.
I read one of the other reviews and it was mentioned that the staff was changed some and yes it was. Since this change there has been more car break-ins, people living at Madrona who have trespass warnings against them. People hated the previous Manager Tim, but at least when he and Tom (maintenance), were here, the place was safer to live in. They definitely spent time walking the grounds throughout the nights.
The apartments are so small, you have to share a kitchen, no storage space and expect to hear everything going on in your neighbor's lives because the walls are so thin.
This place is the worst that I have ever seen. It has had a bad reputation and then just as it started to improve, it turned and went way down again. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
The current manager, you seem ok as long as you stay away from all the gossip but the rest of you all, I don't know.
