I lived here for over a year and had a number of issues never resolved. First, my front door was hard to open because the frame was cracked, management never fixed it...but they painted it! Secondly, the ballast in the lights of the kitchen needed to be replaced..never fixed. This was supposed to be a "pet free" community but yet many people have loud pets. Either the ceilings are incredibly thin or something because I always heard the loud footfalls of my neighbors. Lastly, just try to get your deposit back...the management is so strict that you almost need your apartment professionaly cleaned, at least your carpets, in order to move out. The management and staff has changed from 10/2003, and everything is much improved. The community was not "pet free" in 2003, and is not today. Pets (with restrictions) are welcome. Security deposits: the rental agreement was/is clear on disposition of deposit at move-out. The carpet does need to be professionally cleaned (as it was before you moved in) which was noted in the rental agreement. I am sorry that your stay was not what you expected. The management.
