Not happy with this place at all would never tell any one to move in. It's an apartment and your going to hear ppl. The management seem nice but they are really just not that nice when there is a simple issue that needs to be resolved they are very unfair. You can not fix a issue if you don't know what the issue is. Right'

Seems like posting two years after moving out is a cheap shot! My friend has lived at Maple Manor since 2006 and says good things about the management and the staff. I hear that the management has made lots of good changes while she has lived there and the maintenance crew responds quickly to problems.

A review like this one is impossible to respond to, not only is it vague, but it is posted long after the tenant moved out. Maple Manor Apartments has a full time staff that provides great maintenance at no cost to tenants. Maple Manor Apartments is a great place to live with great tenants! Thanks, The management.
