We have lived here since Oct 2006 and to start out with it was OK. Maitenance is pretty lazy and does a poor job on any repairs big or small. There are way to many out of control children who have really bad mouths and run up and down the stairwells, or pogo on the concrete for a few hours at a time. Complex is located right in the vicinity of 3 schools.... 20 mph and lots of children! Parking is so so. Kitchens are very small. not reccomended.
