Only issues that I have is the kitchen size. Out of all the places I live, it feels like a cubby hole compared to a lot of other apartment kitchens. Otherwise, it is clean, a lot of room. Repairs are simple enough. The management are really nice and like to work with you on issues. Grounds are clean. There are a lot of kids, I've had children stealing change out of my car before, most of the time its just to the sheer amount of children that live here that makes it kind of an annoyance. They tend to gang up since there is a lot of them.
