Okay, review revised with specifics now....

1. The architect who designed these apartments was insane.....ALL bedrooms look out onto the parking area. This does not create a conducive sleep environment! Even though the quiet time is supposed to be from 10pm to 8am, I can't even begin to count the number of times I've been awakened during these hours by people entering/leaving apartments during the night, a loud ignition starting, the slapping sound of the paperboy running through the parking lot, the garbage truck emptying the dumpster, etc. etc. The rear of our apartment (dining/living room area) looks out on a wall of conifers......which would have made a much quieter location for the bedrooms!

2. We pay $800 monthly for this apartment and the only amenities included is a washer/dryer in the unit. There is nothing else....no fireplace, no ceiling fans, no walk-in closets.....and no community features at all. I have been looking at other apartments the past couple months and EVERY SINGLE ONE I've looked at is comparably priced and includes not only the washer/dryer in unit but also a fireplace and usually either ceiling fans or a walk-in closet as well. They also ALL have community features including swimming pools, hot tubs, free tanning, tennis courts, fitness rooms, and other miscellaneous features......ALL FOR PRETTY MUCH THE SAME RENT WE ARE PAYING NOW!!

3. The manager has serious social issues and should have retired a long time ago. This is a person who gleefully told me more than once how much she enjoys evicting people. She has been rude and snippy to me on several occasions and I have always been courteous and friendly to her.

Why? Its hard to take your review seriously when you are so dramatic and did not list anything specific thats wrong with the apartments. Sounds like maybe you just have a grudge because you are a bad tenant and they are calling you on it.
