I have lived here since October 2004, and am constantly thinking of reasons to move. But first, the positives: decent prices (especially compared to Seattle!); walking distance from ferry terminal and PSNS (i take the ferry a few times a week for school in Seattle); quaint buiding; residential parking; laundry room on site; large storage areas in basement.

Okay, now for the negative: the manager is a moron - the new manager Leah; SO NOISY - always cop cars, crack heads, yelling neighbors; the walls may be thick but the ceiling is NOT - i can hear every step my upstairs neighbor makes!; it has a "security" door and no call box so people always leave it open which defies the logic of having a security door; NO SHOWER! can you believe that'!; no dishwasher; expensive heating.

If it weren't for the fact that I'm close to the ferry terminal, I would have moved long ago. I will be moving this summer.
