I lived here for a year and a half. I got tricked into signing a year lease after my initial 6 month lease was up. When I looked at the new lease and saw that it was for 1 year I asked the manager to change it and I came back later to sign it. I signed, assuming that she had changed it. That's the only reason I lived there as long as I did. Then when I moved out they tried to charge me to paint the place although it was never painted before I moved in. During the walk-through the manager basically said that lint on the floor meant that the place wasn't clean. I got VERY little of my measly refundable deposit back. Out of a $400 deposit, only $200 is refundable, but then "Oh, wait...out of that you have to pay $50 for carpet cleaning." The other $200 that is non-refundable is for an "Administrative Fee." My advice, just don't do it. There are better places.
