I'm in the military and I lived there for about 2 1/2 years. I never had a problem with getting things fixed or the managers. Depending on which building you live in parking can be a prob. but otherwise I really liked living there. You only hear noise when people drive by with their stereos up other than that it's quiet. The apartments are pretty spacious and very clean... contrary to the comment about mold. They re-carpet and paint before you move in. Close to base if you're stationed on PSNS.
