The most pleasant experience of viewcrest was..MOVING OUT!
The management is not just rude but incompentent. They have no idea of WA rentals laws. They falsly accuse wrong tenants of infractions, and allow the perps to get away with anything. Such as, dogs allowed to crap on the lawn, trash in the yard, and non tenants park here. But live here and need three days to obtain car licencing, no you are towed!
Management talks down to you like you are time wasting trash. Kids destroy everything, but reporting them does no good, because it will inconvience management.
Nightly loud music, police raids, drug parties, sex in front yard.
Patsy in the front office needs a class in customer service!
STAY AWAY, Live in a cardboard box you will be better off!!

Ive lived here for a year this place is so GHETTO i hate it loud music trashy kids the kids cuss and throw things people steal from my front door and when im not home if my door is unlocked they go into my house and steal food from my fridge . I was jumped walking tomy door one night this place is crazy and the people are low lifes dont watch their kids let them smoke outside..If you have kids i would neverrrrrrrr move here please dont find somewhere cheaper and better this place is disgusting..
