To summarize this, all I can say is DO NOT MOVE HERE! The management should be your first tip, those people that work in that front office are SHARKS! They will smile in your face to get you to sign a lease & the minute you move in you WILL be IGNORED and basically tossed around with one excuse or another when you need things resolved. Their focus is NOT on quality, but quantity (meaning their only concern will be getting you to move in, THAT'S IT). I paid my rent on time every month, never had any issues or "warning letters" on my door like a lot of my neighbors received, none of the things you would even begin to fathom warrant mistreatment, but trust me their lack of attention & respect is pretty much universal for all of their tenants from what I've seen. Even under their *new* management they supposedly have now, which hasn't made much of a difference.

Maintenance is a job for yourself, meaning even the things you are REQUIRED to call them for to take care of (like repairing the gas smell in the apartments, a major appliance being broken, or anything else that any normal human being needs to function) takes literally FOREVER for them to resolve. Unless you're willing to wait 2-4 weeks for someone to intially come out to even just LOOK at the problem. OH!.....and be ready to CALL & CALL & CALL to finally get them to actually make it out to your unit, you'll have to to wait for numerous trips from those maintenance people to finish (it's like their paid on how many times they can come out to your house for one problem). They also wait until the trash is literally OVERFLOWING out of the huge trash bins, which seems ridiculous because then they have to clean it up they, BY THEN, have a huge mess to clean up all over the surrounding areas (maybe that why the take forever to fix stuff, their to busy cleaning up trash they could have easily have just taken care on a more regular basis). Let's put it this way, I needed a major appliance fixed & it took them over a month to fix.....I needed the porch light replaced (which they ask you not to do, they ask for you to call them because it's some special bulb & you can blow a fuse or some weird excuse) - the porch light took TWO (2) weeks from my first phone call for them to finally come out & replace. Which the actual "bulb replacement" took 3-5 minutes when they finally did it. RIDICULOUS!

Yeah, the rents cheap....but so are their attitudes & treatment of their tenants. I am so glad I found a better place, even though the rent is just a little more. You really need to take my advice & go pay the $25-75 a month extra to live elsewhere so you don't ever have to experience their so-called management. There have also been a lot of break-ins to cars parked on the property & even some cars have been outright stolen (okay, most are returned or found....but with everything valuable missing of course). Unless you're into putting yourself into at least 6 months of agony & abuse, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
