The management treats you like an idiot no matter who you are, and if you have proof something is broken in your apartment. A girl was raped and the management would not assist the police! The kids that live there destroy anything they can't steal, and parents never supervise the children. The trash is allowed to still all over the place. People make noise, fight or screw at all hours of the night, so if you actually get up and goto work, live elsewhere.
