I used to live in seattle and Redmond WA. The price is right for what you get. Only $600 a month for a two bedroom. Water, garbage and sewer paid. It is all gas heat and stove. I use my tv 5 nights a week for two hours and my computer. Electricity is about $30-$40. I don't turn on my heat or stove all but a few times a week. It is summer so only the stove. I pay $20 or less per month. This bill was $3.33.

I do hear my neighbors about an hour a day off and on. But I am not home enough to care. The laundry room could be better, but you can also get the hookups in your own apartment. The laundry room was vandelized so they close it at 4pm. I work until 3pm some days. So no time to do laundry after work. But before work on days off or late work days is fine.
