We lived here a little over a year ago, in a 2 bedroom apartment. The rent was way too much for what it was. The layout of the apartment was like a shoebox. You feel cooped up and claustrophobic at times.

The walls are thin as hell, and I could hear everything my room mades did and said to eachother at night (really... really did not need to know what went on in that room... i still cringe), despite having 2 bathrooms between the bedrooms!!!
My bathtub had a big bubble in it, and everytime I'd step in it, my foot would go down about an inch. I told the manager, and she said its because theyre old and they cant do anything about it. My room mates toilet CONSTANTLY ran. It was never fixed.
The dishwasher never washed a single dish. I ended up hand washing everything and setting the dishes in the dishwasher just to dry. The sinks are a piece of crap. Our fridge broke.
They have really old windows, so mold is everywhere and the winter heating bill is OUTRAGOUS. If you like a draft with the windows and sliding glass door shut, I guess you can compromise.

Maintenance was loud, management was Mean and i NEVER got my deposit back. The heaters are like 50 years old and smell bad. The only thing I couldnt complain about was I always had a parking spot... but who cares, because I was coming home to a ---- hole anyways. OHHH I almost forgot!!! Everytime I had to laundry, especially in the fall/winter months, I had to tredge through mud and a sand pit to get to the laundry room, and then, half the time someone would take MY clothes out of the washer or drying FOR ME and put them in a pile on the table. And THEN people must have gone through our clothes, because our clothes would come up missing!!! ALSO!!! The washer RUINED every single tank top I put in. The straps got twisted so bad, that they snapped like paper!!!

I would not reccomend this apartment complex to anyone... not even my worst enemy. Well... maybe!!!
