These apartments along with head manager are the worst yet!!!! Head manager was recently hired and upon researching her background, found that she came from another complex that the reviews were horrific on information regarding her...Stated how unprofessional she is (SO TRUE) - Since she had taken management position, the washers and dryers take literally months to be fixed - these are the same washers/dryers that have been here since before we moved in... On the previous review from previous tenants from Port Orchard posted a "BEWARE" of this woman due to her having personal issues. She is disciminating and harassing, have never met an individual like her ever!! Cant believe that a thorough background check wasn't completed before hiring her. In all the years we have resided here, management has never had an issue with us, we're great tenants, have never complained. Even though for 18 months, I'm still waiting for a 2 work orders for our apartment to be fixed. When moving in, the carpet had never been replaced and it took 2 exterminator visits to get rid of the fleas. Don't waste your time with this place, they even have to offer a credit or monetary award to recommend your friends. Our neighbors were great until Ms. ------ moved in. Cant wait for our lease to be up, what a pity that a complex will allow a manager to conduct herself in the manner that she does.

I agree, she is totally unacceptable. Will not fix any problems, nor complaints. Is very rude, EXCEPT WHEN BASICALLY BEGGING YOU TO RESIGN YOUR LEASE!!! When you don't, look out, ----- from hell! ----- is alot nicer, although she forgot alot of things and had a hard time taking care of issues. She seemed to not like confrontation but at least she is a decent human being. What place did ------- come from in Port Orchard?

i used to live in these apartments back in 04 when ------ (dont remember her last name) was the management, and the place was wonderful! all the washers and dryers worked fine, and if there was anyone parked in your space she would take care of it without a big fuss! i was thinking about moving back in there but im glad i read everyones complaints! what happened to the place and does anyone know where ------ went?

HEY IDIOT who wrote the orignally complaint... did you not read the newsletter ------- put out? She never worked in Port Orchard! And in that newsletter she gave us free pass for paying late... I think that's awesome since I usually pay late... don't know to many other mangers that would do that? And ------- ------ has been understanding when I come in and talk to her.

I know a lot of mangers that will work with you, and understanding on being late.....If you don't cross her you will be alright if you do they watch out........But that is NICE you feel that way......PLEASE.....
