I love how every five days and then once a month the manager writes a nice comment about herself. But it seems like things really have not changed. The new manager that started in April was fired from managing Cottage Bay apts which are 100% ghetto. Guess you can take the manager out of the ghetto but can't take the ghetto out of the manager.

I found the management to be helpful getting me in but now that I'm in-HA HA HA I have upstairs neighbors whose kids run & jump all day long & I have to listen to that crap. When I complained I got "Well all we can do is a post a note on the door." Gee, I'm still having to hear it every day. As soon as my lease is up I'm out of here!!

HI --------!!! That is a very interesting interpretation of the truth. But it is okay, your tenants know the truth. You are rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. At least the old management and maintenance person had manners. YOU MA'AM do not. What goes around comes around my dear, some day you will get hit hard with hardship in your life, you can blame that one on karma!!!!!!!! Village fair apartments are nothing but a dump and with the new management in place, its a DUMP and the management is horrible! GEESH!! What a place to live. I hope they find new employee's and SOON. Because if not, the retention rate is going to plummet more than it has. PS...don't try to bribe anyone to take their comments off of here either, IT WON'T WORK!!!!!!

WOW- First check the facts before you say things. No one got fired the manager who left Cottage Bay gave notice to leave as well as the whole staff at the time did one by one for different positions and statements like this about the manager or another apartment complex may have personal issues with Cottage Bay or is now staying with someone illegally at Village Fair or just needs someone to blame. interesting 2009-2009 occupancy. As to the comments on Mar 16 2009 WOW the office staff in April changed and have had great repor with tenants that want to enjoy a nice place. Sometimes it takes a little time to correct some issues on a property. Anyway wish this person well and hope they have a better day
