I have lived here one year and have had someone parked in my parking spot over night and called the office the next day and the assistant manager told me that if they were still there at 2 in the afternoon then they would put a sticker on there car to have it towed, on the 8th of April the assistant manager saw that there was someone parked in there spot and the person that was parked in there spot was there like 10 mins and there was a tow truck already there to tow him. I was told by the manager that if it was after hours that there was nothing they could do because they would have to pay mainteance overtime and that the company would not pay for that so I would have to wait for the next day during business hours but because someone was parked the the assistant managers spot and mind you it was after hours that it was ok for the assistant manager to be able to call, NO I DON'T THINK SO. I have not been happy with the mainteance I have had things that needed to be fixed out work orders in and took 4 months or longer and there are still things that are not fixed. If you come home after 7 at night there is no where to park. I have seen people take there pets out front and used the grass to do there business and not clean up after the dog. Oh and the mold in these places is BAD and kids getting sick because of the mold being so bad. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
