I have rented from many places and ------- is very rude very unprofessional and will talk to you like you are nobody.the maintance guy looks like he is under 18 and acts like a gangster wanna be and walks around like hes stoned out of his mind...good luck finding a parking spot...the laundry room is a joke with very few machines that dont even wash your clothes...And every were you look there are piles of dog ----..ther is a hot tub thats been broken for at least 4 years...And the pool is grose with black mold growing all over...even the inside of the apts have mold so if you have children dont come hear very unhealthy and as soon as i find a place i am out of these very poor insulated very old run down apts.....

Be Very careful when you move out. Take pictures and have witnesses. She will rip carpet, place stains, among other things. Then she will charge you more than what you put down for a deposit. I hope ALL of the tenants there take her to court!!

You chose to live here, did you not? Didn't you take a tour before signing a lease? It's your own damn fault for moving into a place with this many issues when you should have seen this before signing anything. Oh, and learn how to spell.

You can take all the tours you want, but you're rushed thru it so you miss the black mold behind the toilet. Or the neighbors are at work or sleeping off a high so it seems like it could be quiet. So stop pretending uwishuknew that you are another tenant and trying to make the posters seem ignorant.
