I have lived here for a very long time about five years now.
have seen many managers come and go, but this new manager these apartments have ever seen.
first of all a few weeks after the pool opened, for some reason it was
closed because of some reason,and it was closed for the remainder of the summer
which is rediculous because the pool is part of the rent so why is my rent still so high'

also. like i have already statedhave lived her FIVE years, and i always pay my rent on time and have never missed a payment nor have a been late, and every since this new manager has came she is sending me a notice saying i owe $8.00. So i pay it no problem then we pay the rent the next month,and we owe more money, this time $31.00.
this new manager is very unprofessional and very rude.
she towed my car after maybe 5 hours after my tires were slashed.she is
rediculous.
the noise is very loud, you always here peoples parties outside and there stereos.
there are drug dealers in these apartments.
also there were two nails sticking straight up in the childrens playground.

the rent is so high its OUTRAGEOUS!!!

i am very displeased.

Nice grammar. Perhaps an education would get you a better paying job and allow you to buy a house.

Wow gunmetalblue, such maturity. Regardless, what this person posted is the truth. I paid off my deposit, the exact amount she had given me, only to find a note on my door demanding fifty cents or get out. I'm getting out as soon as my lease is up.
