I hate this place!!! I wasnt very smart cause i didnt do any research which was stupid on my part but after reading peoples view of this expensive place do your research before you move somewhere and look for the ratings and if there poor then thats a problem and bright red stop sign, dont go there. Whomever wants a place to live do not i repeat do not live at village fair apartments!! The price is way too high for a stupid pool and no fitness center. Someone told me there was one. I wanted a six month lease but no she said i wanted a year so i am stuck there for a year and the neighbors arent friendly and there is no washer and dryer in your apartment plus if you have a cell phone no signal. When the flyer reads large and spacious 1,2,3 bedroom apartments its a big fat lie! Please do alot of research before you decide where to live cause you will be stuck in a lease agreement that you cant get out of. The people in the office arent nice to you after you sign, trust me i only have been there a couple months.

Couldn't agree w/you more. Especially considering the pool was closed all last summer because some idiots threw glass & garbage in it. And of course it took them forever to get it fixed, by that time it was closed for winter.
