When moving into an apartment, make sure that you do your research! And make sure there is a Military Clause. And that whosever in charge understands how the military works. I believe it s not enough that we serve our country, I felt like I had to jump through hoops just to let the uncaring and rude person in the office to see that I m on official government orders. I had to seek legal help with information about the whole situation, and then was provided a letter in addition to what I had already provided Official Orders! It was a COMPLETE mess and really I hope that no other military personnel have to ever go through this. Please check this place out and make sure it worth your every cent, because to me it isn t.

I did not have a problem with this. Management actually helped me out. My orders said I was leaving March 8 management explained to me that I would be released from lease on that date. I explained I was planning on leaving earlier at the middle of February. Management told me if I brought in an addundum from my chain of command stating this then I would be released then. Management was awesome! Even gave me a GREAT recommendation for my new place! I have enjoyed living here. Sounds like YOU didn't understand rather than management.

Military housing 101 -- YOU make sure there is a military clause in the rental agreement and ask questions if you need clarification BEFORE you move in. The military can't make this more clear to soldiers living off-post. If you can't figure this out, it's your issue.

To 2-8-09 I UNDERSTOOD WELL AND PROVIDED WHAT WAS NEEDED #1 , I REMEMBER CLEARLY STATING AND PROVIDING MY ORDERS WHICH STATED THAT THE MONTH OF MARCH I WOULD BE IN A NEW LOCATION . I STATED THAT I WOULD BE OUT OF THE APARTMENT AT THE END OF FEB; I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR MARCH EVEN AFTER WHAT MY ORDERS STATED THAT??????S WHERE I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN! I PROVIDED MY LETTER AFTER ALL THE FUSS AFTER SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE. I'M NOT SURE WHY OFFICAL GOVERNMENT ORDERS AREN'T ENOUGH? THATS MY ARGUMENT , AND if CLEARLY FELT LIKE THE SITUATION WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF , I HAVE NEVER BEEN THRU THIS CRAP ANYWHRER ELSE ?????? THIS PLACE CLEARLY SUCKS AS YOU CAN SEE WITH THE RATINGS , AND IT SPEAKS WELL AND TRUE UNLESS YOU ARE USE TO LIVING IN A DUMP WITH POOR MANAGEMENT ,AND I??????M CLEARLY NOT ! THIS ALL TOOK PLACE IN JANUARY SO MAYBE THEY WOKE UP...I GLAD TO SEE THAT ALL WENT WELL WHILE YOU WERE HERE; I??????M GUESSING THAT YOUR APARTMENT HAD NOT ISSUES AS WELL, MUST BE NICE??????.
