People can say i chose to live here, its my fault, i recognize this! That is why i am getting the hell out of here!! I have have had some bad apartments, but this one takes the cake. I have black mold everywhere in this apartment and management refuses to resolve the issue. I have tried all types of cleaners and methods, but it keeps coming back due to poor insulation. All they can do is throw the lease in my face and say deal with it. I have a broken garbage disposal that i complained about months ago, but our maintenance guy is too busy getting stoned to fix anything around here! The parking is a joke, sometimes i have to park on the other side of the complex to get a spot. I have gotten phantom charges, i pay for a pool that the residents can't use. I am sure that when i move out there will be more phantom charges for normal wear and tear. I have also noticed many neighbors dogs taking a dump in front of my apartment and just walking away, and management doesn't do anything about it! The least they could do is have the maintenance stoner pick up the poop, so every time i walk out there i don't have to step in ----. Other than that no complaints here....... DO NOT MOVE HERE TO THE VILLAGE UNFAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well unless you like living in a gloomy, unkempt, cesspool of an apartment complex! RUN, RUN FAR AWAY go somewhere else, live in a cardboard box, anything is better than VILLAGE FAIR!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful when you move out. Management will say you caused the mold and CHARGE YOU for it. They will also damage the place after you leave and CHARGE YOU for it. Take careful precautions when you leave. She didn't do this to me personally, but did do it to others. It is a known fact and I hope others can fight her on it. Sad, but true. :(
