I've lived in these apartments for early four years. When I first moved in, Debbie and Patty ran the office. They were nice and the grounds were kept well. Then came the "Manager from Down Under". While she was here this place was not managed properly. Thank god she's gone back from whence she came, "Good Riddance!", and The Village Fair Apartments can once again return to the pleasant place to live that it once used to be. The new manager "Sandy", is ery pleasant, professional, personable, and approachable. She'll make sure the job get's done!
They also have a very exoerienced maintenence supervisor on staff. In this economy, when we need to make our money work for us, Village Fair Apartments is the place to be! So, give them a chance!!!

She left??? Ohh thank god, I haven't lived there for a VERY long time, but she was one of the most horrible people I had come across and felt very very sorry for all of the tenants there!
