This is a great place to live. My friends who come over want to move in! The management is really nice and will work with you with any situation. There is plenty of parking and hardly anyone violated the parking rules. Neighbors are very nice and friendsly and will take the noise down if asked. If not, then management definitely does something about it. The grounds are maintained very nicely and you'll always see someone out there working to keep it clean. And maintenace is great, they usually arrive within minutes of being called if its not too late.
