For the past seven years I've been in Bremerton, many people have regarded Vineyards Apartment as being one of the best apartment option in Bremerton....and I agree.

Typically, they have a waiting list, and have unfortunately made the rent a bit on the higher end, but if you are able to get one, I'd highly recommend it. With free car port, and well kept grounds, apartment is a great value.

Apartments come in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom with one and two bath arrangements. Some of the buildings are two floors, while others are three floors, but each of the units are one floor units. On the top floor, you also get a vaulted ceiling for even more spacious arrangements. Each unit has washer and dryer and a fire place. There is also a small storage room and a porch or balcony. The apartment doesn't have an airconditioner, but that's because majority of Bremerton apartments don't need one. The surrounding trees and shrubs sufficiently keeps the building cools for the hottest of the seasons, and are very cool most of the time. Some summer nights, even during July and August gets too cool that it might require you to close the window to keep the warmth inside. During the cooler Fall/Winter/Spring season, there is fanned heating unit installed in every room. As mentioned previously, a fire place is also available.

Amenities at the apartment club house offers a small but an adequate gym, with an indoor hot tub and an outdoor pool for seasonal swimming. Club house has a large kitchen-living room with sufficient seating for 10 to 15 people. It can accommodate more people for a larger gathering and has a sliding door to allow even bigger gatherings. It also has a TV room adequate to hold about 20 people or more.

Staff here are excellent and caring. The grounds are well kept, and are quiet. There are a lot of long time renters here and is evident of the high satisfaction and occupancy rate.

While it may not be an option for a low income household, this is definitely a sought after apartment community in Bremerton.

I can't even imagine how anyone can state that the parking is great...I've been harasses constantly about having me second vehicle parked in an UNASSIGNED spot for longer than management would like (I've yet to figure out that time frame). It seems to be a personal thing with management since I've have watched while other cars stay in the same UNASSIGNED spot for weeks at a time with no threat of being towed away. And I've never lived anywhere that has such a strange mold problem as I have on my bathroom ceiling. Little black spots of mold appear randomly, some in large bunches, after cleaning them off with bleach they will reappear again in about a month. But since you have to sign waivers now that the tenant is responsible for all mold problems, not much I can do about it. Although I have reason to believe it's because they probably didn't use a bathroom paint which has anti-mold additives in it. Which brings up another item...TERRIBLE MAINTENANCE....Never had so many problems with the Maintenance personal having to idea how to properly fix things...it's unbelievale actually. Never would I recommend this place to anyone. I've lived here almost four years and have no idea why...I am actively looking for a house to rent or buy.

@ hatesparking: My guess is that your second car never moved, and frankly, the parking spaces, even the unassigned ones, aren't for vehicle storage. I appreciate that the management takes an active stance to make sure people aren't just storing an extra vehicle there that doesn't ever move. If you don't drive it, get a storage space down the road at reliable storage, so people that actually USE two cars can park at the apartments... The mold waiver says you'll do your part to prevent mold, not that it's your problem. If it's a recurring issue, report it. I've never had any issues with maintenance. They've always been prompt and never had to fix the same issue twice.
