My wife and I lived there for a year.

The apartment was nice, we rarely heard our neighbors, parking was adequate, and we never needed maintenance.

We had one problem.

Our apartment was partly underground and in spite of us using dri-z-air, heat, fans and everything else we could think of our apartment had a serious mold problem.

My wife and I are looking at moving back into the apartments, but we will not move into any apartment that is even partly below ground level.
