Terible management, overcharge and screw you for everything. Had to pay $18 for drip pans when I lived there 4 months.(plus other costs) Bottom floor tennants get charged if grounds beyond patio are not cleaned. Management are rude and would not give me a walk thru with them.

Welcome to apartment living, anonymous. If the drip pans are clean when you get the apartment and not when you leave, you're gonna get charged. Length of tenancy doesn't matter. And if they weren't clean when you moved in, the burden is on you to write it on your check-in sheet. I've not yet had any issue with them, and I've been there just over two years.
