Always found staff to be helpful and courteous. Had one maintenance problem that was attended to promptly. Never had a parking problem. Appliances worked properly. There is a small exercise room in the main building that older but functional equipment. Nice pool and spa. The children could play on the grassy areas of the property and they seemed to enjoy being there. There is a small shopping area adjacent to the development with a small store and a few places to eat. Evenings and week-ends were quiet. No noisy parties that I was aware of and I never had a concern for my safety.
