I have lived @ Weatherstone Apts for years and seen MANY Manager's come and go! Since the "Newest" Manager has taken over work orders are NOT BEING DONE, OUTSIDE LIGHTING IS TOTALLY INADAQUATE AND THE MAINT. MAN IS RUDE AND UNPROFFESIONAL AT BEST!!! I would love to move from this Apartment but with moving expenses I feel that I am STUCK living in substandard facilities with rent rising every time I turn around. I work hard for my money and pay what I feel is way to much for the service that I recieve. When I do call the office with a work order or service request I am put off, and excuses are constantly made. This did not happen with the previous Manager! My work orders were done in a timely manner, she seemed to actually "CARE" that I was a Paying tenant.'!: Since she has been gone this property has gone downhill rapidly. I would recomend that if you want value and service for your dollar you rent elsewhere!
