I have lived at the Weatherstone Apartments for approximately 14 months. It has been a horror story since the day we signed the paperwork. First on our contract it our apartment number was scratched out numerous tiems because everywhere they wanted to put us, they weren't ready yet. When we finally got an apartment it was our worst nightmare. Once you opened our door the heavy stinch of cat piss engulfed you. It was so strong you wanted to vomit. Our apartment was not cleaned it seemed that the tendant had moved out that same day. We had put in requests to for maintance on our refridgerator (it was cracked), our carpet had huge RED koolaid stains EVERYWHERE, we had no molding on the walls our windows and doors WOULD NOT LOCK! Our heaters when you powered them on had a beight orange glow. There was mildew all over our windows and walls and worst off all was the unbearable stinch of cat piss. We had recently moved out of the WEatherstone in October of 2002 and the only thing that was fixed in our place is that they sprayed enzymes on the carpet to get rid of the stinch, it didnt work it cost 100's of dollars out of our pockets on cleaners that removed the stinch, but we were never reimburst for the money. My husbands car was hit in the parking lot due to inadequate parking. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!
