Not that bad. - We moved in December 2010. The office staff is actually super friendly, and I have never met anyone named "Brenda", as brought up by another review. Great Place to Stay The Apt complex is nice and mostly military residents and or retired. The manager is very kind and the repairs are done with a very short time frame with weather restrictions kept in mind. Top it off its rather close to a golf course and walking distance to a rather nice bar.
