A very horrible place to live!

I lived in this community for 4 months and my stay was a nightmare. The community is very unsafe. There are cases of car thefts. You see cops in this community every day trying to resolve residents' matters and I had my neighbors throwing stones and bad mouthing each other. After we moved out, the management charged us 500.00 dollars for cleaning charges and used false excuses like we painted bad words on the wall and that the carpet was dirty, the walls were smelly. We were shocked to hear such statements.The management people are rude and very arrogant.We gave the apartment in much better condition than we received it in. Despite that we are fighting for that 500.00 move out charges.The apartment condition is pathetic. All the walls have broken paint, the carpet stained and old. The apartments have terrible problem of pesticides. Please do not live in this community if you want to live and move out peacefully. I had a horrible experience and DO NOT recommend this community very very strongly.
